What our clients are saying

"Jeff Linginfelter is an outstanding Realtor. My husband and I have recently relocated to Tennessee from California. We were very much impressed by Jeff’s ability to listen to what was important to us, locate attractive properties and accommodate our schedule. We did not expect to find a house on our first expedition and were budgeting for more trips to Knoxville. However, Jeff exceeded our expectations and showed us not ONE but TWO homes that we loved on our very first trip out. He was very diligent, thorough, and prompt in handling ALL of the escrow details while we were in California. We will certainly ask Jeff to handle our next real estate project."

~ Patrick & Jennifer

"This letter is to inform you that I have known Jeff Linginfelter for over 20 yrs. I am a closing agent with a local title company. I have worked with him professionally and have always had a very positive experience. Jeff has always been very professional when working with our company as well as with his clients. As you know communication is extremely important in business and Jeff takes great pride in this. The advertising that Jeff provides for his clients far exceeds any in Real Estate today. This appears to be the feeling of my co-workers as well as his clients and peers. Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any questions."

~ Susan

"Jeff helped us put an offer on a home that went to auction. We lost the auction, but Jeff made sure that we did not lose our earnest money, and then he found another home that turned out to be a better match for us. He helped us with everything, including financing, home inspection, appraisal, and closing... Thanks Jeff!"

~ Bryan and Mitzi

"Thank you Jeff for selling my home so quickly. You handled everything from start to finish and kept me informed of all the steps. Thank you!"

~ Megan

"As first time home buyers, my wife and I had tons of questions. Jeff helped us understand the buying process, get pre-qualified, a home inspection and a title company. We love our new home now."

~ Justin

"Jeff, Just wanted you to know that I enjoy your columns in the News Sentinel so very much. I was the Broker/Partner @ Century 21 here in Jefferson City for 17 yrs. & in the business for 28 yrs & what you write is always right on the subject. Thanks for your educating the public....besides being enjoyable!!!!"

~ Whitman

"As a Developer for a large, new construction neighborhood, we have had a problem finding a Realtor that really gets us. Jeff has had an incredible marketing plan to not only sell our homes and products, but to really highlight the entire neighborhood. He built a website for us and our neighborhood and built and maintained 3 more neighborhood websites for 3 of our developments in Middle Tennessee. He has truly been a partner that we work closely with."

~ Gib

"My fiancee and I decided to buy a home from a 'For Sale By Owner'. Jeff handled all of the paerwork, negotiation, getting the title handled, and financing. This was not a simple process, the seller did not correctly own the property title on the home and our financing had to changed twice in order to get the right payment for our situation. But Jeff held the deal together all the way to the end."

~ Deana and Rusty

"I recently had the opportunity to do business with Jeff Linginfelter. During the initial stages of hunting for a house, Jeff was extremely attentive to the criteria that we had indicated would attract us to a house. He only showed us houses that met these criteria and that were in our price range. There was never a time that either of us felt any pressure to move any faster than we felt comfortable doing naturally. Once we found a house that we liked, Jeff helped us to negotiate a price that seemed like a substantial reduction in the original asking price, all the while showing us other property so as strengthen our position in the negotiating process until that process was complete. Once the offer to purchase contract had been signed by both parties, Jeff was instrumental in helping us to secure a loan, setting up the closing with the Title company, always being available to answer any questions.

~ Bill & Sally

"My wife and I are stationed in Japan. My son was renting our property in Knoxville when he moved to California. Because we were so far away and there was a 13 hour time difference, Jeff handled everything! He even acted as a caretaker for the house and property. I was very worried about the details of selling a home from another country but Jeff advertised, negotiated and sold our property with ease. Jeff's attention to details and our special needs were more than we expected and as much as we hoped."

~ Edward, -From Okinawa, Japan

I had been looking to buy my first home for almost a year and was becoming very discouraged with the process. I had worked with several realtors and never felt that any of them cared about me as a person. It seemed to just be about the "sale". Fortunately, Jeff Linginfelter came along! A friend at work referred Jeff to me and after talking with him on the phone for the first time, I knew this realtor would be different. Jeff walked me through the whole process and made sure I found a property that I was 100% satisfied with. He was always there to answer any questions, and trust me, I had a lot! Buying my first home turned out to be a great experience because of Jeff Linginfelter. The "team" he has put together is exceptional and their service was over the top. I am now in my new home and I love it! I will definitely use Jeff in the future for buying and selling property. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

~ Adriel

As a mortgage lender I have had the priviledge of working with the Linginfelter team for several years, helping them to find the best loan product for their clients. Buying or selling a home can be a stressful time, but Jeff and Sarah have that right combination of knowledge, dedication, and work ethic that knowledgeble buyers and sellers appreciate. Their experience with the home buying and selling process as well as the local market conditions is a wonderful advantage for their clients. They are professional in their dealings with clients and agents, honest and forthright. They are always available and always dependable to follow through on their commitments. Their work ethic is excellent, and I have found that their clients admire and appreciate how hard Jeff and Sarah work to meet their needs during the home buying/selling process, as do I. They make my job much easier.

~ Mike Sutton - Lender

I have handled closings for both Jeff and Sarah since 2007, and can tell you from my personal and professional experience that Jeff and Sarah make the process of purchasing or selling a home as stress free and easy as humanly possible. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are as happy with the process as they are with their new home.

~ Eric - Title Attorney

If you've ever had the pleasure of working with Jeff, you'll know what an asset he is to the Real Estate Community. He has a wealth of knowledge that he gladly shares. His young and upbeat personality give him an edge in today's market, as well as his ability to use out of the box and innovative thinking. Our house had been on the market with other Real Estate companies for several years before I contacted Jeff and what a difference his efforts made for us! Not only did he sell our house quickly but he negotiated well for us with the buyer. Also, the listing pictures made our home look like it belonged in a magazine. I highly recommend Jeff and Sarah.

~ Crystal

What makes the Linginfelter "team" so amazingly effective is just that - they are a TEAM! As the saying goes, "two heads are better than one." The out-of-the-box brainstorming and balanced approach made possible by Jeff & Sarah's partnership are benefits to real estate buyers, sellers and to everyone involved in the transaction. I have worked with them both in my previous role as a mortgage originator and on a personal level regarding my own home. I can honestly say that for any real estate scenarios imaginable, I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them!

~ Allison

What an amazing pair! They helped us find the perfect home and worked with us untill we could get it. These two are honest and treat their clients as family. I recommend them to anyone!

~ Amanda

I really could not ask for bette realtors. They were very professional and always backed up what they said with research and information. Sarah does a great job taking the photos. I would use them again, again. They also help us buy our new home. It took them only 3 months to our old one...

~ Trevor

Let's just say I would use Jeff again to sell our home when or if we decide to buy a new one...and of course he would help us find our new home! Two years in our home and we are quite happy!

~ Michele

Jeff and Sarah are wonderful, trustworthy people that helped us buy the perfect house. Their experience and professionalism is way beyond anything I've experienced in the area. They helped us purchase a wonderful home and the process was flawless because of them. Not only are they experienced and trustworthy but they are two of the nicest people. Always pleasant to be around and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
